Q.  What are idle hours?

A. Sometimes it not always possible to set up or break down the photo booth directly before or after an event. For example, if you require the booth setting up at 6pm but do not want it running until 9pm, this would be charged at 3 idle hours on top of the hire costs. Idle hours are charged at £25 per hour. The booth will be set up but not operational for these hours.

Q. So, what makes you different?

A. Renting a Photo Booth won't be a headache! You have a lot of more important things on your mind so you should be able to trust that the photo booth will just work! From providing a knowledgable booth attendant to having fun props, we go to great lengths to make the experience effortless and simple for you. Because, when you rent a photo booth through us, you can rest easy knowing that it’s not going to be just one more thing you need to worry about—we organise everything so that you can focus on the rest of your event with one less issue on your mind!

Q. Can you set the Booth up outside?

A. Yes this can be done however, it requires perfect weather conditions, fun other word, DRY! The attendant will make the call on the day.

Q. What's the difference between a Photo Booth & a Photopod?

A. A Photopod is a stand alone selfie tower however A Photo Booth is our Photopod inside our inflatable cube, this provides the privacy and wow factor at the same time.

Q. When do I need to pay you?

A. Payment will be due 1 month before the event however, were not going to hound you! Just let us know of any issues, as long as we get cleared payment before the event.

Q. How long does it to take to set up the Booth?

A. About 30-45 minutes but we arrive at the venue 60-90 minutes before the runtime, just in case of any issues.

Q. How can I pay for the booth?

A. We prefer payment viv BACS, However card payment (online) and cash can be arranged. 

Q. Where can guests access the photos and how will I receive the photos after the event?

A. The photos will be available the next working day however, in some cases the same day. You'll get a link via email. However they will be uploaded to Facebook so you can tag your friends and family, in other words, let the banter begin! in addition, we can also supply a USB stick for a small charge. If required we can also create a password protected gallery.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?

A. Yes absolutely, because you just never know! if you require a copy please ask before the event.

Q. Have your photo booths been PAT tested?

A. Yes absolutely, if you require a copy please ask before the event.
